Dhoni was born in Ranchi, Bihar (Jharkhand). His father's name is Pan Singh and mother Smt. Devaki Devi is in his village Lvali is in the Lamgarha block of the Almora District of Uttarakhand. His father, Mother, went to Ranchi from Uttarakhand, his father worked for MIKON Company Junior management class.
Dhoni studied at the A V. Dhoni is the captain of an Indian cricketer and current Indian international team. A right-handed middle-order batsman and wicket-keeper, he is known as the batsman who ends the match with his aggressive style. He made his ODI debut against Bangladesh in December 2004 and played his first Test match against Sri Lanka a year later.

After taking the captaincy of Test matches in 2008, he took the team to the summit of success and gave victory to New Zealand and the West Indies and also won the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in 2008,2010 and 2013. In 2009, Dhoni first teamed up for the first time in the Test rankings.
After Kapil Dev, he is the second Indian player to receive the honor of the Indian Army. In 2011, Dhoni's name was also mentioned in the list of 100 most influential people in the world. In 2012, the number 16 is among the world's most precious players.
